He holds FCA status and various certifications, including DISA and the Insolvency Professional Exams. Active in community service, he is a founder member and director of the Silk City Urban Co-operative Credit Society and participates in various social organizations.

CA Madan Lal Bothra, who completed his CA in 1990 and became an FCA in 1995, joined Deswal & Co. as a full-time partner in 2002. He specializes in audits, fraud detection, and financial matters, including NBFC management. Bothra manages the firm’s Surat branch and is actively involved in social activities, including roles with Samta Yuva Sangh, Sadhumargi Jain Sangh, and as a member of the Jain Chartered Accountants Federation and Rajasthan Parishad Surat.
